Returns & Exchanges

At Khadims, we strive to ensure your footwear fits perfectly, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase invoice to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Khadims account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the 'Return/Exchange' option for the specific item within 15 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Pack the Product

  Place the unused footwear back into its original brand box along with all tags and the original invoice to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 2-3 business days to pick up the package; please ensure you receive a signed pickup acknowledgement.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
